Putting it all together… ”what needs to be true?”

The purpose of this approach is to have a progressive tool that enables you to consider, plan and prepare for your career or vocation in the near term (a 3 to 5-year horizon).

Looking at what you need and are able to craft to progress intentionally in the direction of your real aspirations.

It is a tool that can expand or contract in scope in accordance with your ambitions and options. It isn’t intended to determine the rights or wrongs of a given path.

That is for you to decide; this approach helps you make sense of the path at any given point in time.

Essentially, it all comes down helping you answer two questions…

”What needs to be true in terms of skills, temperament, communication, and ability to create opportunities for me to realize my current ambitions for my career?”

“What steps do I need to take to make these things come true?”

This is not a dreamer’s manifesto…it’s a manifesto for action according to a path we discernibly want to take.
