Charm
Are you a persuader?

Charm is persuasive and effective communication.
It is how you communicate. Charm is a skill and method (competence and character in communication).
Again, it is situational.
The effectiveness of your communication is dependent on what the situation demands and what you bring to it. Financial services require calm and consistent communication; the music industry perhaps requires more hyperbole and showmanship.
Persuasiveness is essential and requires you to have a discernible and valuable point of view coupled with the ability to express it appropriately to people of all levels.
Can you communicate and persuade up and down the organization as necessary? Do you communicate at the required tempo and timeliness?
Poor communication skills and methods can derail competent and effective employees.
